Crystal Maids
Serving the DMV
Before
60
inquiries per quarter
After six months
150+
inquiries per quarter, mostly phone calls
Results reported in the supplied client audit. Individual results vary.
The situation
Crystal Maids has been cleaning homes and offices in Prince George’s County since 1989. The business was spending $2,000 a month on Local Service Ads, SEO and social, generating about 60 inquiries a quarter. Its website was doing little of the work, and its Google Business Profile was sitting unused.
What we did
Rebuilt the site for search engines and AI assistants
Took over Local Service Ads
Built a content plan for AI search
Started running social reel
Mobile car detailing · Central Florida
Designer Driven Detailing
In business since 2025
The situation
Brandon Salgado started Designer Driven Detailing in 2025. The business ran on word of mouth, with no website and no way for someone who hadn’t already met him to discover his work online.
The focus
Build an online presence around the places he actually serves, and make it easier for potential customers to find and contact the business.
What we did
Built the site around the towns he drives to
Set up and completed his Google Business Profile
Set up review collection
Laid the foundation for organic search
Residential cleaning · Boston & Austin
Vana Home Cleaning
Entering a new market
The situation
Vana had a working cleaning business in Boston and was expanding into Austin. The new market meant building a customer base and local reputation from the beginning.
The focus
Create a dedicated presence for Austin and bring together local search, paid channels and content around the new service area.
What we did
Built a separate site for the Austin market
Set up the Google Business Profile
Ran Local Service Ads
Added Yelp as a second paid channel
Built an SEO and content plan for Austin
